Iron & Kin is a family-driven inspection company built on experience, precision, and a deep understanding of construction and property systems. With a foundation rooted in both hands-on trades and project management, our team brings a well-rounded, practical perspective to every appraisal.

 

Mike brings over 20 years of of technical expertise, holding licensure in HVAC, license in journeyman residential plumber and a Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification. His background includes serving as Head of Maintenance at Keystone Ski Resort in Colorado, where he oversaw complex systems, large-scale property operations, and high-level maintenance standards. His knowledge of mechanical systems and property infrastructure adds depth and accuracy to every evaluation.

 

Hailey brings both operational expertise and real estate industry experience. She previously worked in boutique real estate in Colorado as an administrative assistant supporting 16 brokers, managing contracts, marketing, and payroll. This background gives her a strong understanding of real estate transactions from the inside out, along with a detail-oriented and client-centered approach that ensures clear communication and a seamless process from start to finish.

 

Rounding out the team is a skilled project manager with a strong background in commercial construction. With the ability to read and interpret plans, she brings a critical eye for detail and a big-picture understanding of how properties are designed and executed—an asset that strengthens both accuracy and insight in the appraisal process.
